Nolan: Seven Months
I seriously can't express enough how much this little boy has blessed our lives. He is such a happy-go-lucky kind of kid who seems to be a-okay with going with the flow. And while there are still moments that he can be whiny or needy or waking up too much in the middle of the night, overall he is a fun little dude. Thank goodness too cuz boy does his sister still require a lot of our attention.
His biggest accomplishment this past month: crawling! EVERYWHERE! He's quick too; I've been having to chase after him a lot lately. The pets' water bowl has been tipped over more times than I can count. And not only does he know how to crawl on the ground, he's already climbing up things. He clears the first flight of our staircase with no problem. Baby gates are in full force around here and he's already testing their capability. I am reminded every day through his actions that I have a little boy on my hands, with his 'act first, think later' attitude while exploring and the trail of drool that he motorboats all over the floors. We call him Climbin' Shlimin' right now - you know, like the Garbage Pail Kids cards that my generation used to collect. Nolan's trading card would be so much cuter though!

Sayonara Winter
Though technically today is the last day of winter, you wouldn't know it by looking at the weather. With the exception of a quick trip into the library for an updated stack of books, we spent our winter day outside playing in t-shirts and shorts. It was wonderful.
